The proposed development is a 39-storey mixed-use project containing 16,756.93 m2 of residential gross floor area. The indoor amenity space will be 388.50 m2 and the outdoor amenity space will be 163.90 m2.

There will be 65 long-term and short-term bicycle parking spaces, 100 resident parking spaces and 14 visitor vehicle parking spaces and commercial parking spaces for the new development.

The proposed building has an innovative and iconic design. Architect Douglas Cardinal has sought to connect the earth’s elements and the location of the subject site’s along a historic route for Indigenous Peoples originally know as “Gete-Onigaming”, Ojibwe for “the old portage”.
