Now a few months into the marketing of Kaleido Corporation's Elevate at Logan, sales are progressing at the SRN Architects-designed stacked townhome complex on Logan Avenue at Gerrard Street East, located where Toronto's Leslieville and East Chinatown neighbourhoods meet. The project offers just 41 suites with integrated "smart home" features in a range of units types, including one-bedroom+den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom+den layouts starting at 813 ft², and priced between $694,000 and $1,800,000.

Roughly a third of the units have been spoken for in the short time the project has been on the market, with 28 of the 41 suites remaining for the approved four-storey development. As part of the push to sell the remaining inventory, Kaleido is offering special opening incentives that add up to savings over $60,000 for selected 2nd and 3rd-floor units.

The limited time incentives include free parking and locker for selected units, as well as an extended deposit structure offering only 10% down in the first year. This plan is broken down into $20,000 on signing, 5% at the 30, 180, and 400-day marks, 5% on occupancy, and $3,000 assignment fee.

More information about suites and other building features can be found at the project's presentation centre, located at 240 Logan Avenue, and open Monday through Thursday from 4 PM to 7 PM, and weekends from noon to 5 PM.
