With approvals in place and the grand opening now in the books, the wheels are in motion for 57 Brock, a 7-storey boutique condo from Block Developments coming to Toronto's West Queen West area. The RAW-designed building will house 97 suites ranging in area between 548 ft² and 2,144 ft² and priced from $565,900 to $2,216,900, with residents being given access to a number of common and amenity spaces with interiors by Tomas Pearce and landscaping by Thinc Design.

The lobby, filled with natural light courtesy of floor-to-ceiling glazing, will feature seating opposite the concierge desk. Finishes including wood and white brick work alongside planters and warm-toned furniture, and a bird-inspired sculpture to create a warm environment.

Amenities will be found on the second floor, with nine connected spaces offering a range of indoor and outdoor lifestyle and entertainment options. Among the former, an office gives residents a workspace close to home, while a fitness studio will offer workout equipment including weights and cardio.
