Sales continue at Benvenuto Group's 293 The Kingsway, a Quadrangle-designed mid-rise condominium community set to rise near Royal York and Dundas in Etobicoke just north of Humbertown Plaza. With building permits applications having been made in January, the project should begin construction this summer.

With construction on the horizon, a dwindling number of units are still available in the 350-suite first phase. Priced from $399,900, suites at 293 The Kingsway range in size from 494 to 1,505 square feet and a variety of floorplans offer open concept layouts, 9-foot ceiling heights, and wide plank engineered hardwood flooring. Kitchens in the suites feature finishes curated by Patton Design Studio, who are also handling the building's collection of amenity spaces.

We’ve already explored some of the building’s amenity offerings in an earlier article, They include a 3,420 sq.ft. private fitness studio, a games room with a pool table, foosball, and lounge chairs, as well as a pet spa, a dining room, and a party room while on the 7th floor an outdoor rooftop terrace features views of the surrounding neighbourhood.

A number of green features are set to include motion sensor activated lighting in common area corridors, a tri-sorter for recycling, electric car charging stations, bike storage, energy efficient lighting, Energy Star appliances, and programmable thermostats.
