Originally proposed in 2016 and since greenlit by the OMB, 57 Brock Avenue from Block Developments in Toronto's Parkdale neighbourhood is now being marketed. The 7-storey boutique condo designed by RAW has just 97 suites on offer.

Suites have between 548 ft² and 2,144 ft² in area, and range in price from $565,900 to $2,216,900, the project's range of unit types includes ground floor townhomes, suites, and “SkyTowns”, a limited collection of two-storey units on the 6th floor. These suites will feature "soft-loft" like finishes with 9’ and 10’ exposed concrete ceilings and wide-plank flooring.

Common areas will feature finishes including porcelain, painted brick, felt upholstery, cognac leathers, and textured linen draperies.
