With a first phase practically complete, sales are well underway for Tower Residences at Waterview, the third phase of LJM DevelopmentsWaterview Condominiums community in Grimsby. Tower Residences will reside within the upper levels of the Icon Architects-designed community's second building, offering just 48 condominium units with views of Lake Ontario and the Toronto skyline.

Building on existing renderings and marketing material, a new video has been produced for LJM, showing off the interior and exterior features of the development. The video (below) flies over Lake Ontario to show the siting and surrounding context of the Waterview community in Grimsby before highlighting Waterview's features, starting with the first phase's expansive podium-top terrace.

Set to rise alongside the all-but-completed first phase of Waterview Condominiums, the high-rise Tower Residences will contribute additional density to Grimsby's bucolic waterfront, occupying the five uppermost levels of the 15-storey tower volume. Together with the 130 suites housed in phase two, and the 82 units  in phase one, the new release of suites will bring the nascent community's unit count to 260.Terrace, Tower Residences at Waterview, image courtesy of LJM Developments

Along with the lake-fronting outdoor amenity spaces, the video showcases the project's interiors,  including the lobby—featuring 24-hour concierge service—seen below. Additional indoor amenities include a well-equipped fitness centre and a spacious party room, while heated underground parking provides greater convenience for commuters in the winter months.

The Tower Residences' 48 suites will come in a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes, as well as a small collection of luxurious penthouse suites. Featuring panoramic views from all sides, the high-rise units promise a light-filled living environment, with suites sizes that exceed the relatively compact standards of Downtown Toronto's new-build condominiums.
