Planned for a stretch of Dupont Street between Albany and Howland Avenues, Tridel's newest luxury condominium development recently hit the market with the moniker Bianca, and new details about Toronto's 9-storey, Teeple Architects-designed project continue to emerge as marketing material is rolled out. The project's 245 condominium units are set to be served by 1,083 m² of amenities, divided between 507 m² of indoor offerings, and a 576 m² outdoor space housed on an upper terrace.

Amenity plans and renderings for the project are now available, revealing the building's communal interiors, appointed by II BY IV DESIGN, as well as the outdoor spaces by NAK Design Group. Among the best represented of these common areas is the building's residential lobby, occupying the southeast corner of the building's ground floor, at the corner of Dupont and Howland.

Renderings depict a double-height space, featuring a concierge desk and seating area centred around an indoor fireplace. A minimalist aesthetic of natural stone is complemented by flourishes of metallic gold finishes throughout.

A diagram of the building's ground floor outlines the collection of amenities that share the ground floor with the lobby and concierge desk, listed as #7 and 8 in the diagram. The ground floor will also contain; a private dining room (1), a party room and lounge space (2), a wet bar and oven (3), a fitness centre (4), a yoga studio (5), and a bank of elevators (6) connecting with the condominium suites and outdoor amenities above.

Individual renderings provide more insight into the specific amenity offerings. A fitness centre will offer residents a selection of weight training and cardio equipment. A coffered ceiling coupled with a minimalist colour palette give the space a crisp, modern aesthetic, while floor-to-ceiling glazing will fill the space with natural light.

With four renderings, Bianca's marketing campaign puts extra focus on the building's party room and lounge space, which offers ample seating and dining spaces for hosting functions, as well as a moveable partition that can be used to divide the dining and lounge areas.

The indoor spaces will be complemented by a collection of outdoor amenity spaces located on the upper terrace. The numbered diagram below shows the placement of these spaces, which include; private cabanas (1), an outdoor pool (2), outdoor seating areas (3), an outdoor fireplace (4), a private barbecue area (5), as well as private (6) and landscaped (7) spaces offering city views.

An aerial rendering provides fuller insight into how these spaces will occupy the upper terrace, and interact with the building's mechanical penthouse sections.

Views of the individual outdoor amenity offerings provide a closer look at these spaces, including the rendering below depicting the rooftop lounge space. Featuring landscaping, planters, lounge seating, grilling stations, and trellises for shade, this space will provide a popular spot for entertaining guests during the warmer months.

Another rendering focusing on Bianca's rooftop outdoor pool also highlights the panoramic city views that will be offered from the amenity terrace, with the camera oriented southeast towards the Bloor-Yorkville skyline in the image below.

Bianca will also offer residents south-facing skyline views, towards the Downtown Core and CN Tower. The image below reveals a collection of intimate seating alcoves where small groups can enjoy the scenery.
