Today's Photo of the Day takes us to the intersection of King and Jarvis, for a long-exposure view of the city in motion. Submitted to our Flickr Pool by contributor Paul Flynn, this view focuses on the 1850-built St. Lawrence Hall at the intersection's southwest corner. Designed by architect William Thomas, the building has played an important role in Canadian history, hosting speeches by some of the Fathers of Confederation in the run up to Canada's nationhood, and eventually being designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 1967.
