Offering commanding views of the Toronto skyline and a wealth of outdoor activities catering to active lifestyles, Etobicoke's Humber Bay Shore's area has attracted scores of homebuyers over the past several years. Back in 2005, the area's construction boom was yet to begin, with the Marina del Rey and Grand Harbour developments still among the most prominent structures in the west-facing view below.

11 years later, a wider view is necessary to accurately represent the growth witnessed in the Humber Bay Shores area. To the right of the Marina del Rey and Grand Harbour developments, a number of new buildings are visible in the image below. From left to right we can see Beyond the Sea, Jade Waterfront, Westlake, Ocean ClubRiva del Lago, Lago at the Waterfront, Waterscapes, Nautilus, Explorer, Newport Beach Condos, The Waterford, Grenadier Landing, Nevis, and Hearthstone. On the far right, Palace Place and Palace Pier condominium buildings—which were already built when the shot above was taken—can be seen towering above the Humber Bay Arch Bridge.
