Following last month's launch of Stafford HomesAvenue & Park, we are learning more about the 7-storey project set to rise a short distance north of the Avenue Road and Lawrence Intersection. The Page + Steele / IBI Group-designed boutique condominium development will add just 36 units to the neighbourhood, ranging in size from 1,200 ft² to over 3,000 ft², and will treat residents to a collection of ground floor amenity spaces featuring interiors appointed by renowned Toronto-based designers U31.

The first space residents and guests will experience upon entering the building will be the lobby and lounge space, accessed via an entrance on Bedford Park Avenue. Featuring stone finishes and coffered ceilings, this space will be home to the building's concierge desk, as well as seating areas and an indoor fireplace.

The remaining amenities will be spread across the ground floor, including a business centre, a screening room, electric vehicle charging stations, and services catering to the luxury lifestyle including gourmet grocery delivery, a pet personal care service, and a dry cleaning service. Avenue & Park's fitness centre, pictured below, will offer residents a collection of workout equipment in a brightly-lit space, as well as his and her’s spas.

The fitness centre amenity also includes a yoga studio that features floor to ceiling glazing, allowing natural light to fill the space, and opens up onto an intimate outdoor space with seating at the south side of the building.

A much larger outdoor space exists along the west side of the building—facing the sunset—where a 237 m² patio furnished with seating and planters serves as the primary outdoor gathering space. Toronto-based MEP Design Landscape Architecture will be creating the lush surroundings for relaxation here. In addition to the spacious outdoor offering shown below, balconies and terraces will serve as private outdoor spaces for the development's individual condominium units.
