At the southwest corner of Lebovic Campus Drive and Ilan Ramon Boulevard, a new residential community is quickly taking shape in Vaughan. Rows of detached homes already fill out the landscape to the north, stretching towards Major Mackenzie Drive in a collage of suburban façades.

South of Lebovic Campus Drive, the Joseph & Wolf Lebovic Jewish Community Centre provides a cultural hub for the area, with the neighbouring Bialik Hebrew Day School providing another key neighbourhood amenity. Joining the area's recently built houses and community facilities, Madison Homes' Real Towns will introduce a somewhat more urban character to the neighbourhood, with the project's 79 townhomes standing apart from many of the surrounding homes.

Designed by Flanagan Beresford Patterson Architects, the townhome frontages are characterized by a relatively subdued interplay of tones and textures. Featuring a palette of earth tones—with grey brick and stone punctuated by brown wood detailing—the unified and comparatively subdued architectural style presents an aesthetic departure from nearby built form, along with a slightly greater infusion of density.

Ranging in size from 2,168 ft² to 2,730 ft², the three and four-bedroom suites fit in with the neighbourhood's new homes, most of which similarly cater to young families. Featuring two and three bathrooms per suite along with 9' and 10' ceilings, the project's units are mostly configured in groups of six townhomes, with the project's 12 three-storey buildings filling the vacant block.
