With five towers built and a sixth being prepared for construction, Tridel's Metrogate community near Kennedy Road and Highway 401 is set to grow one more time. New details are emerging about the seventh and final residential tower coming to the master-planned community, soon to hit the market with the moniker 'Selene'.
The 31-storey, Graziani + Corazza Architects-designed condominium tower will add 296 condominium suites to Metrogate, with sizes ranging between 565 ft² and 1,040 ft², and prices starting from $279,000. Selene will offer its residents a spacious two storey lobby, as well as an outdoor rooftop terrace and a fitness centre among the amenity spaces.
In addition to amenities right in the building, Selene will front onto Metrogate Park, a central green space within the community that has evolved into a local gathering space for area residents. Proximity to Highway 401 will give residents easy vehicular access to Downtown Toronto and the surrounding region, while Agincourt GO Station Kennedy Station on the Bloor-Danforth line are situated short distances away.
We will keep you updated as further details about the project emerge. In the meantime, additional information and renderings can be found by visiting our dataBase file for Selene, linked below.
