The stretch of Yonge Street through North York's growing City Centre has been attracting new residential density over the past several years, as more buyers are attracted to the increasingly urban setting in the former Toronto suburb. Now, Diamante Development's Diamond Condominiums on Yonge is the latest project to hit the market here, offering 385 condominium units at the intersection of Yonge and Churchill, south of Finch Avenue.

The 30-storey Scott Shields Architects-designed condominium tower will rise on the north side of Churchill Avenue, steps west of Yonge Street. Right at the southwest corner of the Yonge/Churchill intersection, the Diamond Condominiums presentation centre is now giving prospective buyers a taste of the building's architecture, interior spaces, and finishes.

Stepping inside the presentation centre's front doors, guests are greeted by a reception desk outfitted in marble, set against a wood grain backdrop sporting the project's branding. The rich materials signal a recurring theme throughout the space, with textured finishes in neutral tones keeping the focus on the suite vignettes, scale model, and unit layouts on display within the presentation centre.

Beyond the reception desk and waiting area adjacent to the front door, the presentation centre's main space features a large central table with ample seating, all surrounding a scale model of the development.

The main space is flanked by smaller areas with seating, tables, and marketing material on display where staff can go over paperwork and discuss details with potential buyers.

Two suite vignettes give visitors a firsthand look at some of the finishes available for the Diamond Condominiums suites. The bathroom vignette boasts earth tones and a glass-enclosed shower, while the kitchen vignette includes integrated stainless steel appliances and warm finishes.
