As 2016 draws to an end, and we inevitably look back on the changes the last twelve months have brought, UrbanToronto readers will no doubt be thinking about how this city has changed, too. With that in mind, we are preparing to acknowledge the new buildings that have reached completion over the course of the year.

We'll be asking you to vote for your favourite new buildings in our annual year-end poll in December, but first we are doing a little crowd-sourcing to come up with the lists — and who better than our own UT community!

The criteria: any building that has been completed in Toronto this year that is at least five storeys tall, whether of commercial, residential, or another use. Exterior completion should be apparent from the street, and the project must have occupancy—even if it is only on one floor so far.

So, see something? Want to submit buildings? Say something in this thread, and help us build the list! Thanks!
