Just over a week ago, the first interior rendering for Alterra Group of Companies' 159SW Condos gave us a glimpse into the building's contemporary U31-designed lobby space, and now, more renderings have been released for the building's interiors and amenity spaces. As with the lobby, interior spaces in the condominium tower will reference its exterior design by Richmond Architects, utilizing hexagonal forms and angular spaces that respond to the 36-storey tower's massing.

Residents of the development's 360 condo units will have access to a wide selection of amenity spaces, spread across three levels of the building. Among the amenity spaces on offer, 159SW will include two separate party rooms where residents can host gatherings and entertain guests. The party room pictured below features a kitchenette, multiple seating areas, and a central fireplace feature.

At one end of it is a dining area with decorative finishes that continue the references to the tower's hexagonal shape. Seen through floor-to-ceiling glazing is an adjacent outdoor barbecue/dining/lounging terrace offering views of the surrounding city.

Catering to professionals, as well as students looking for a quiet place to study, 159SW will feature a Wi-Fi enabled libary lounge and conference area. The library space will offer ample seating areas, while conference spaces will be separated behind in tinted glass walls to create private places for group meetings. In addition to these resources, a student zone with study rooms will be provided.

Health-minded residents will have access to both indoor and outdoor fitness facilities, providing exercise space for all year-round use. An outdoor running track with fitness stations will wrap 360 degrees around the podium roof, connecting to the indoor fitness centre.

Inside the windows, residents will have access to workout equipment, a yoga room, and a sauna.

The project will also include a games room with billiards, foosball and table tennis areas, a ground-floor pet washing station, an on-site car-share program, and a bike parking and repair station. 159SW's 360 condominium suites will range in size from 470 ft² to 872 ft², with prices ranging from the low $300,000s up to $599,000. Occupancy for the project is tentatively scheduled for October, 2019.
