Following a period of registration and advance sales events, developer Aragon is gearing up for the upcoming public launch of their Eighty One Wellesley project in Toronto's Church-Wellesley Village on September 24th from noon to 4PM. To be held in the project's on-site presentation centre at 81 Wellesley Street East, the launch will give members of the public their first opportunity to close on a unit in the 28-storey, Core Architects-designed condominium tower.

The 161,000 ft² project is offering 179 condominium units, starting from $282,000 and ranging from 439 ft² to 1,107 ft² in size. Residents of the project will have access to a variety of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces occupying the 7th and 8th floors. Among these spaces, a large double-height lounge space with glass walls on three sides will offer great views of the dynamic Church-Wellesley Village, all while acting as a visual divide between the building's tower and podium volumes. Other amenity spaces found on the 7th and 8th floors will include a fitness centre, a kitchen and dining area, and a terrace offering seating areas and barbecue spaces.

Those interested in previewing the presentation centre where the opening will take place can get a sneak peak by visiting previous articles exploring the development's presentation centre interiors, as well as the in-house-designed model suites, and the Myles Burke Architectural Models-built scale model within. In the meantime, the project is still taking registrations, with time to reserve a suite in the building running out.
