Heavy rain swept across Toronto earlier this week, creating some interesting conditions for urban photographers. UrbanToronto Forum contributor 'skycandy' capitalized on the foggy conditions, capturing a series of photos viewed from a residential unit high above Regent Park, and submitting them to the 88 Scott Forum thread. The concrete shell of 88 Scott can be seen rising at the centre of the image, marked by its red and white painted tower crane.
