The recent Doors Open Toronto festivities provided public access to a number of restricted spaces, including the long-shuttered City Hall observation deck. While the south-facing has proven to be the more popular vantage point at the observation deck, views to the north are becoming much more interesting as new developments north of the Financial District add to the view.
