In contrast with the compact residential units being built around Downtown Toronto, many condominium developments proposed for the city's suburban areas are taking advantage of lower land values with the inclusion of large, family-sized suites. Sales recently launched for the 18-storey Keith Loffler McAlpine Architects-designed project, and to help promote the various suite layouts on offer, Opearl is featuring a "Suite of the Month" promotion with incentives. This month, the project is featuring the 'PORT' layout, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit sized at 976 square feet. Purchasers who buy in to this offer will get $5,000 cashback, free parking, and a free locker (plus the chance to win a cruise).

In addition to the monthly promotion, Opearl will be hosting an upcoming sales event on May 28th, held from noon to 4 PM at the project's on-site presentation centre. Guests attending the event will be treated to a barbecue, with ice cream, face painting for the kids, and on-site live entertainment.
