Soon to become what the Daniels Corporation refers to as the crown jewel of Daniels Erin Mills—a master-planned mixed-use community sprouting up at the southwest corner of Eglinton and Erin Mills in western Mississauga—the striking addition to the development of the curvilinear Arc Condominiums will cap off a cluster of three new towers situated just south of Erin Mills Town Centre. Designed by Kirkor Architects Planners, with interiors by HOK, Arc will stand at 19 storeys, joining its Phase I, II towers, and Phase IV townhome siblings.

Located across the street from the Erin Mills Town Centre with its recently renovated mall and several big box stores (which include both a Longo's and a Loblaws), with the Credit Valley Hospital across the street to the east, Daniels Erin Mills will place residents within close proximity to a scores of retailers and a variety of local services. For those wishing to stay closer to home, residents will have to go no further than the Backyard Farm & Market, which will sell fresh food and include a bistro and cafe. That appealing grouping will be joined by an additional 15,000 sq ft of retail onsite.

Adding to the community feel of Daniels Erin Mills, residents will be able to enjoy a beautifully landscaped courtyard and park, equipped with a children's playground, running track, gardening plots, outdoor tables, and ample public green space. Inside, Arc will feature an array of high-quality amenities, including a full-court gymnasium, fitness centre, outdoor terrace with seating and barbecues, a bookable lounge and media room, a smaller public lounge, and a party room.

Residential suites, priced from the low $200,000s, will include a range from studio to 3-bedroom units, with interior finishes made to play off of Arc's unique, curvilinear design. Residences will feature airy, 9' ceilings, laminate flooring, and modern kitchens outfitted with quartz countertops, custom-designed cabinetry with soft close drawers, and stainless steel appliances.

Seen in the master plan above, the completed Daniels Erin Mills community will become a city within a city, the mix of rental units, condo units, and townhomes filling out the site, complemented by the Community Courtyard, ample public green space, retail, and the Backyard Farm & Market. While Erin Mills is undeniably suburban and most easily traversed by car, Daniels Erin Mills is designed to lessen dependance on cars, situated across from the malls, stores, and health services as mentioned, and also along several MiWay bus routes, as well as being in close proximity to both the Mississauga Transitway BRT and the Streetsville GO Station. When residents do want to drive, they'll have easy access to the nearby 403.

To ensure the very best chance to purchase a suite within the community, registrants can join the Arc Condominiums Inner Circle for just $300, a fully refundable membership fee applied directly toward the purchase of a unit. Interested parties are encouraged to act fast to secure a unit of their choosing.
