March's most visited dataBase file was for Mizrahi Developments' The One, a refined version of which was recently presented to the city's Design Review Panel. The second most visited dataBase file was for Tridel's new architectsAlliance-designed Form Condos on McCaul Street. The third spot was taken by Ten York, which is now taking shape in the South Core area.

The most popular Forum thread during March was that of the EY Tower, now nearing its final height in the Financial District. The 40-storey office tower's striking angular form and reconstructed Art-Deco facades have been very well received, drawing in plenty of Forum traffic. In second place, the Massey Tower is now in the process of reaching grade, which is generating excitement for the slender 60-storey tower on Yonge Street.
