Following the launch of Opearl's Sail Condos late last year, various sales promotions and events have highlighted many of the 18-storey building's units, with the continuing 'Suite of the Month' incentive program offering a closer look at many of Sail's 180 new homes. For the next month, the focus turns to the project's larger two and three-bedroom units.

With suites ranging in size up to 1,412 ft², many of Sail's units are geared towards couples and young families, providing a valuable addition to an underserved market. Residents of the completed condominium development will enjoy a selection of interior amenity spaces appointed by interior design firm Danielle Adams Elle, including a multi-purpose party room, a fitness centre, and a lobby with a concierge station and seating areas. Meanwhile, an interior courtyard area also offers an outdoor environment to relax and enjoy the weather.

Over the course of the next several weeks, two sales events—to be held on April 30th and May 28th—will highlight the Keith Loftier McAlpine Architects-designed project. Both Saturday events will be held at the onsite sales centre at 2933 Sheppard Avenue East, from 12-4 PM.
