The ongoing demolition of a historic Loblaws warehouse at Bathurst and Lake Shore is turning the heads of passersby and motorists. Before the structure can be rebuilt and incorporated into a major redevelopment, it must be torn down to make way for the project's shoring and excavation phases. In today's Photo of the Day, submitted to the UrbanToronto Flickr Pool by Vik Pahwa, we are shown the now largely demolished building and the resulting pile of rubble.
