Sales have been moving at a quick pace for North Star Homes' ConneXion, a stacked townhome development planned for 26 Fieldway Road near Islington Village and Islington Station on the TTC's Line 2. Of the 150 units originally on offer for the TACT Architecture-designed development, just four units remain available for purchase.

Of the four remaining units, three are "neXus" models. These 1-bedroom plus recroom suites are located at the development's ground level, and are priced at $317,900. The fourth remaining unit is an "apeX" floorplan, offering 1-bedroom or 1-bedroom + den layouts on a raised ground level for $347,900.

With only a few units left, the development's on-site presentation centre is closing its doors, though appointments can still be made via phone. Pre-construction pricing is still available for a very limited time, as well as North Star's Worry-Free Program, which provides buyers with an extended down payment deposit structure as well as a number of financial incentives and discounts.

The units will feature 9' ceilings on first and second floors, a choice of modern or traditionally styled kitchen cabinetry, and a 'TJ Silent Flooring System' and additional sound insulation between floors and in party walls that will maximize privacy for ConneXion residents.
