Last month we got a sneak peek at the scale model for State Building Group and Madison Homes' 609 Avenue Road, providing insight into how the 19-storey Richmond Architects-designed development will fit in with its surroundings on Avenue Road and Lonsdale.
This month, we return for a look at the development's interiors, specifically the Tomas Pearce Interior Design Consulting Inc.-appointed amenity spaces being offered to residents. Amenities at 609 Avenue Road will be concentrated on the ground floor, with additional amenities at the top of the tower. 609's ground floor amenity level will offer a number of spaces for residents to unwind or entertain guests, including a party room and lounge space.
The ground floor amenity plan also features a media lounge, a fitness centre, a guest suite, a dining room with caterer's kitchen, and a pet washing station, while out front the lobby with concierge station features a welcoming fireplace. At the east end of the tower's base, a second level outdoor terrace will provide a quiet space to unwind.
Up at the top of the tower, a 'Rooftop Sky Lounge' offers all residents the same panoramic views otherwise would only be enjoyed by penthouse residents, an increasingly sought-after feature in Toronto high-rise condominium developments.
The Rooftop Sky Lounge will include an outdoor dining area, a barbeque area, lounge seating, and an open sitting area, all with impressive views of the surrounding city.
