Sales are well under way for the first phase of Concert Properties' The Kip District, an ambitious five-tower master-planned community promising to bring new vitality to the Kipling and Dundas area of Etobicoke. We have covered the project in great detail since its late 2014 inception, as new details have emerged about the community located at a major TTC Subway, Bus, and GO Train hub.

Two virtual tour videos have recently been posted to The Kip District's website, highlighting the interiors of a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom suite in the Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects-designed first phase tower, which is being referred to as 'One' in marketing material. The first suite, dubbed 'B1', is a 1-bedroom unit measuring in at 500 square feet. The video guides viewers from the suite's front door through the naturally lit main living area before revealing the bedroom and bathroom. 

The second virtual tour covers a 769 square foot, 2-bedroom suite called 'D2'. The video takes the viewer through the suite's combined living/dining area and kitchen which share the same open-plan space, before revealing the first of two bedrooms. Next, the viewer is guided back through the main living area and into the master bedroom and attached ensuite bathroom.

Suites at The Kip District are still available, with prices starting from just under $239,000. Since October, The Kip District has been offering an incentive package called the Head Start Incentive Program, where purchasers will receive two years of waived condo fees plus a free two-year TTC pass. Kipling Station, within walking distance, has trains heading for downtown, and buses heading all over Etobicoke, including express service direct to Toronto Pearson Airport.
