The Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects-designed project is located in close proximity to two stops on the Crosstown LRT line (expected to enter service in 2022), close to a major Loblaws, and walking distance to some unique Toronto attractions including the Ontario Science Centre, the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre, and the new Aga Khan Museum and Ismaili Centre, all of which renowned architects Moriyama & Teshima have had a hand in designing.

In addition to the ample neighbourhood amenities, residents of the development will also enjoy a broad range of building amenities with interiors appointed by U31 and landscaping work by NAK Design Strategies. The 28-storey first phase of the development is offering approximately 25,000 square feet of space to unwind, entertain, or work out in, including a children's play area, guest suite, and a landscaped outdoor terrace with seating and panoramic views occupying the podium roof between the first phase and 30-storey second phase.

Health-savvy residents will have a fully-equipped fitness centre with exercise equipment at their disposal, as well as a yoga studio.

At ground level, residents and visitors will be greeted by a large lobby with a concierge desk and lounge seating. Floor to ceiling glazing will fill the space with natural light, aided by large reflective surfaces.

Sonic Condos is offering over 300 one-to-three-bedroom units ranging in size from 339 ft² to 993 ft², and priced between approximately $200,000 and $600,000.
