With sales now well under way for ConneXion, North Star Homes' new stacked townhome development in Etobicoke, we recently had the opportunity to tour the TACT Architecture-designed development's presentation centre. Located on the redevelopment site at 26 Fieldway Road, a short walk southwest from Islington Subway Station, this one-storey warehouse structure was until recently the home of Alderwood Private School.
Stepping inside of the presentation centre, visitors are greeted by a large room displaying renderings of the building, as well as floor plans of available suites. Several seating area give visitors a place to review the development's brochure and other sales information, while a flatscreen display in the centre of the space gives visitors an interactive overview of the development.
The space also has a plan showing the placement of the development's 150 units within six blocks, revealing that the majority of ConneXion's suites have already been sold, leaving just a handful of units available for purchase.
Six different suite models are being offered at ConneXion, all of which feature themed names containing the letter 'X'. The layouts include neXus, phoeniX, apeX, piXel, moXie, and viXen, the latter of which is staged as the presentation centre's 729 square foot model suite.
Just outside of the model suite, a wall-mounted board shows potential buyers both the standard and upgraded finish packages available for suite interiors.
