The historic property at 299 Queen Street West has been an important part of Toronto's media landscape for decades. Constructed in 1913 as the headquarters of the Methodist Church of Canada, the building would later become the home of the CHUM media empire, before most recently becoming the headquarters of Bell Media. In today's Photo of the Day, which was submitted to the UrbanToronto Flickr Pool by Empty Quarter, we are shown an aerial view of 299 Queen West, captured from a neighbouring high-rise.
