The Hamilton-Burlington area is now among the hottest real estate markets in all of Canada, with high demand being driven by appreciating land values and a strong supply of empty-nesters looking to downsize. Several projects are currently under construction in the Hamilton-Burlington area, including LJM DevelopmentsAppleby Gardens Condominiums, taking shape at the northeast corner of Appleby Line and Corporate Drive in Burlington.

The 7-storey, Icon Architects-designed condominium development recently reached its final height and had its tower crane disassembled. Work is now underway on the installation of dark-tinted window wall glazing, framed by black mullions.

The window wall will soon be joined by orange two-toned aluminum cladding, adding some warmth to the exterior while providing a contextual bridge between the growing cluster of mid-rise developments on Appleby Line and the warm-toned brick homes of the low-rise subdivisions to the east.

The project is offering 71 units, with one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, and two bedroom models available, and prices ranging from $245,990 up to $432,490. The completed building will offer amenity spaces including a game room, fitness centre, theatre room, and a party room, as well as offerings like a 24 hour concierge service. Residents will be located close to multiple forms of transportation, including highways QEW/403 to the south and 407 to the north. Appleby GO Station is also close by.
