Earlier this year Opearl Developments marked their official entry into the Canadian housing market with the launch of Sail Condominiums, a new 18-storey Keith Loffler McAlpine Architects-designed condominium development coming to Sheppard Avenue East between Victoria Park and Pharmacy Avenues. With sales now well under way, Opearl recently held a Blue Party in the project's presentation centre as a vehicle to launch new incentives for buyers.

Guests at the party got the chance to look at some of the building's remaining suites, priced from $199,900, with incentive packages on offer featuring over $15,000 in savings, including $6,000 off purchase price, $3,000 cashback on final closing, and a free locker with a value of $3,500. Opearl Developments is also offering a special deposit program with $3,000 upon signing, $1,500 for 24 months, and 5 per cent on occupancy.

The event also featured stilt-walkers and refreshments, coloured blue to match the project's branding, as well as a raffle where one lucky attendee took home a new iPad Air.

Once complete, Sail Condos will offer its residents a selection of amenities appointed by Gordana Car Interior Design, including a lobby with ample seating, a naturally lit fitness room, and a party/multi-purpose room and attached landscaped courtyard. Residents of the completed development is situated where two high-frequency TTC bus routes meet, and where there will be a stop on the proposed Sheppard LRT. Fairview Mall and Don Mills Station on TTC Line 4 Sheppard Subway are minutes away as well, while Highways 401, 404 and the Don Valley Parkway are close by, tying to site to everywhere.
