A few months ago, we took a look at the unique collection of split-level 'Town Loft' suites at Phantom Developments' TeaGarden Condos, which offer a hybrid of of condominium conveniences with the spacious comfort of a detached home. With the Town Lofts creating an intimate and neighbourly atmosphere at ground level—sensitively in keeping with the character of the Bayview and Sheppard area—we now bring you a preview of the condominium suites above.

The 12-storey Kirkor Architects-designed tower will bring a total of 111 units to the market, ranging in size from 484 to 1,119 square feet. While ground level and first floor of the project will be given over to the Town Lofts, the upper levels will feature condominium suites, with a small collection of penthouses on the building's top floors.

At 484 square feet, the one bedroom 'Pomegranate' suite (above) represents the smallest of TeaGarden's condominiums. Compared to many of Toronto's recent condominium projects—which sometimes feature units in the range of 300 square feet—the layout presents a relatively spacious configuration, with the 10' by 10' bedroom a particular highlight.

The project is also notable for the fact that all condominium suites will feature full balconies, ranging in size from 32 to an impressive 210 square feet (the Town Loft units, meanwhile, boast both ground floor patios and upper-level balconies). At 604 square feet, the one bedroom + den 'Ginger' suite (above) includes a 58 square foot balcony,  as well as a spacious foyer.

Among TeaGarden's larger condominium units, the 846 square foot, two bedroom + den 'Ginko' suite (above) features an exceptionally spacious wrap-around balcony (coming in at 210 square feet), with two full bathrooms making for a livable and attractive space. Meanwhile, a closer look at the suites' interior decor is featured in our previous story highlighting the model suite.

The project—which is also set to feature interior design by Tomas Pearce, and landscaping by Stantec—is expected to be completed in 2018, with suites currently in pre-construction sales. In terms of amenities, residents will have accesss to an exercise room, dry cleaning service, party room (above), refreshment bar, as well as Wi-Fi access. Up on the 12th floor, meanwhile, residents will find a rooftop lounge (below) with panoramic views of the surrounding neighbourhood.
