Those who qualify can take advantage of the program, which requires a 10 percent down payment. Considering that units begin in the mid-$200,000s, first-time buyers could pay as little as $499 bi-weekly, using the example of a 2.7%, 5-year, fixed-rate mortgage amortized over 25 years. For many, this could result in a mortgage that rivals the average price of rent in the city.

Each unit comes a with an array of high-quality standard features and finishes, including 9-foot ceilings (10-foot in penthouses), laminate flooring, five appliances, and quartz countertops in the kitchen. The unique terraced design of the structure was carried out by the architects at Onespace Unlimited, which allows for uninterrupted views of the lake, while the interior design features were completed by esQape Design.
