Diam Developments of On the Danforth Condos have made it easier to break into Toronto's condo market thanks to their Easy Own Program designed for first-time buyers. Those who qualify can take advantage of the program, which requires a 10 percent down payment. Considering that units begin in the mid-$200,000s, first-time buyers could pay as little as $499 bi-weekly, using the example of a 2.7%, 5-year, fixed-rate mortgage amortized over 25 years. For many, this could result in a mortgage that rivals the average price of rent in the city.

On the Danforth, located at 2359 Danforth Avenue, places residents near the many restaurants, shops, and services of Toronto's Danforth neighbourhood. Situated between Woodbine and Main Street subway stations, and in close proximity to the Danforth GO, residents will be well connected to public transit. Inside, the boutique-inspired lobby is complemented with a multi-purpose room and kitchen, attached to a private dining room and outdoor terrace for private functions and parties. Club Danny, located on the 10th floor, includes a barbecue terrace, lounge, and fitness/outdoor yoga area. In addition to this, residents will have access to a pet spa and ample bike storage on site.

Each unit comes a with an array of high-quality standard features and finishes, including 9-foot ceilings (10-foot in penthouses), laminate flooring, five appliances, and quartz countertops in the kitchen. The unique terraced design of the structure was carried out by the architects at Onespace Unlimited, which allows for uninterrupted views of the lake, while the interior design features were completed by esQape Design.
