As construction gets set to begin at W Towns, the family-friendly development is now over 80% sold out, with shoring and excavation work set to start as soon as the final City permits are received. Located in Weston Village, the First Avenue Properties project is bringing three townhome blocks and 48 spaciously configured suites to the well-established area on the eastern bank of the Humber River.

Designed by Patrick Markus Luckie of pml.A, the townhouse exteriors are clad in two tones of dark brick, punctuated by lighter accents. All three buildings also feature two columns of balconies, giving each three-storey unit multiple outdoor spaces, in addition to the landscaping at ground level (below).

Meanwhile, the interiors are characterized by a three-level configuration, which enables a comfortable division of living spaces rarely found in Toronto's condominiums. Each unit also boasts at least 3 bedrooms and a minimum of 1,300 square feet, making the exceptionally spacious units particularly appealing to young families.

The suites will feature 9' ceilings on the main level—creating a spacious ambiance for the shared space— and 8' ceilings on the more private uppers floors. Luxurious accents such as oak-finished staircases lend the interiors a note of sophistication, while sophisticated modern appliances, including a frost-free fridges and self-cleaning stoves, facilitate efficient, hassle-free living.

A look at the unit floorplans evidences the spacious layouts of the suites, with the 1,300 square foot "Humber" unit boasting 3.5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (below). The three unit styles all feature underground parking alongside a small basement area, while the upper floor layouts differ somewhat between the three suite styles.

For example, the 1,335 square foot "York" suite forgoes the second floor den in lieu of an additional bedroom, leaving the entire third floor a large master bedroom (below). While the differences between the suite styles accommodate a variety of lifestyles and priorities, all three configurations provide over 1,300 square feet of space, with a shared emphasis on privacy and comfort.
