Major changes are coming to the intersection of University and Dundas in Downtown Toronto, with under-construction and planned developments aiming to add significant new density to the area of St. Patrick Station. In today's Photo of the Day, which was submitted to the UrbanToronto Flickr Pool by Mitul Shah, we are shown the intersection as seen from the 42-storey Residences at the RCMI Condos. The building at the upper left will soon have 37 additional storeys added above, becoming the Residences of 488 University Avenue, while a 55-storey development has been approved for the site of the building at the upper right, 481 University Avenue
