This coming weekend will mark the official launch of iKore Developments' Avenue on 7 Condominium, a new HCA Architecture-designed development coming to Highway 7 between Islington Avenue and Pine Valley Drive in Vaughan. The project aims to bring a distinct modern presence to the primarily low-rise neighbourhood, with the addition of 9 and 10-storey buildings rising from a shared podium. The development will offer 276 condo units ranging in size from 455 to 1,054 square feet, with prices for remaining units ranging between the mid $300,000s and $799,900.
This weekend's grand opening, which will take place at the development's on-site presentation centre, will offer prospective buyers some unique deals and incentives, including 2 bedroom suites from the mid $300,000s, with included parking space and locker. $20,000 in incentives will be available for select suites as well.
Avenue on 7 will feature interior and amenity spaces appointed by II BY IV Design Associates, including a billiards lounge and party room complete with serving kitchen, and outdoor spaces like a rooftop saltwater pool with outdoor lounge, cabanas and barbecue area.
With a more prominent street presence than the surrounding townhomes and commercial plazas, the development is one of many elements in Vaughan's ongoing urbanization. Avenue on 7 will be located just a few minutes by car or a short bus ride west of the new employment hub being built at Vaughan Metro Centre, the coming northwest terminus of the TTC's Line 1.
