It has been several months since we last checked in on the Yonge and Eglinton site of Tridel and Beaux Properties101 Erskine Condos. When we last updated its status back in January, ground had recently been broken, marking the start of construction for the 32 storey, CS&P Architects-designed condominium tower. In the months since, the shoring for the excavation was begun and completed, with the crew now digging down for the development's foundations and four-level underground garage.

The 348 foot tall tower will add 421 units to the neighbourhood, ranging in size from 435 square feet up to 2,422 square feet for the largest of ten townhomes. Remaining suites start at $386,00, with towns priced at $1.64 million. Known as ''The Lanes at 101 Erskine', the towns offer private landscaped patios.

The project is one of the several high-rise condominium or apartment developments currently under construction in the increasingly urban Yonge and Eglinton area. Images of the site show that excavation has progressed the furthest at the southern end of the property, adjacent to an existing 21-storey residential tower at 66 Broadway.
