Architectural Conservancy Ontario’s (ACO) NextGen group—a resource for students and emerging professionals in the fields of architecture, planning, landscape architecture, built history, and heritage conservation—will soon be hosting their 4th Annual Design Charrette in the historic Dovercourt House at 805 Dovercourt Road, titled "Re-Envisioning Christie Pits Park".

The event, which will take place Saturday, September 19th from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, aims to encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration, while also providing networking opportunities with the influential judges. With a focus on Christie Pits Park, the charrette will re-envision the existing public space in response to community feedback, zeroing in on heritage interpretation as a means to make the park's history more tangible.
