With the registration phase well under way for Hi-Rise Group and Spice Danforth Inc.'s Spice Urban Towns, we are now learning more about the three-and-a-half-storey, Kohn Partnership Architects Inc.-designed residential development coming to Scarborough's Oakridge community.

A new rendering released for the development is giving us our first look at the Bryon Patton and Associates-appointed interiors of the building's 116 one and two-storey units, which range in size from 749 to 1,012 square feet and start from the mid $300,000s. The new image shows off a bright space with classic-contemporary furnishings, large expanses of windows, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Spice's location features a transit score of 80, and residents of the development will be well connected to surrounding transit with both Victoria Park and Warden Stations on the TTC's Line 2 located just a few minutes away by foot, and Danforth GO Station located a couple kilometres to the west. For residents looking to enjoy the surrounding neighbourhood, the location's walk score of 79, the nearby neighbourhoods of The Danforth, Leslieville, and The Beach, and several neighbourhood parks all come into play.
