The onsite presentation centre for North Star Homes' townhome development 'ConneXion' is now open at 26 Fieldway Road in Toronto's Six Points area, within walking distance of Islington subway station. The 4-storey TACT Architecture-designed project will bring 150 new residential suites priced from the low $300,000s to the Etobicoke neighbourhood .
Photos of the presentation centre's model suite are now giving potential purchasers an idea of the design possibilities for units in the development. Units at ConneXion will come with features including 9’ smooth ceilings, "TJI Silent Flooring" systems, sound insulation, and high end finishes like oak handrails and spindles, and mirrored sliding closet doors.
Kitchens will come with the choice of either contemporary or traditional design for cabinetry, stainless steel sinks with single lever faucets and integrated vegetable sprayers, and laminate countertops.
Bathrooms at ConneXion will feature white bathroom fixtures, and white cultured marble countertops with integrated sinks. Purchasers will have the choice of ceramic tiles on bathtub enclosure walls, and choice of cabinetry in a variety of finishes.

You can check out ConneXion's on-site presentation centre and model suite for yourself by visiting 26 Fieldway Road, from Monday to Thursday 1 PM to 8 PM, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays from 11 AM to 6 PM, and Friday by appointment only.
