While the number of condo buildings springing up is growing at a fast pace, condo sales are starting to collapse due to oversupply and sky-high prices. To see which of these units still draw attention and why, Point2 Homes – one of Canada’s largest real estate marketplaces – compiled a top of the 10 most popular condos for sale in Toronto, based on how many views they got. Here are the results:

1.     60 Pavane Link Way, Suite 506

This piece of Fleminingdon Park real estate is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sells for $279,000. Main selling points: 1,300 square feet of space and an oversized enclosed balcony.

2.     60 Pavane Link Way, Suite 912

This bright and spacious 2-bedroom unit boasts a panoramic view of downtown Toronto and a large living room. Price tag: $220,000.

3.     150 Redpath Ave

This vibrant Freed Developments and Capital Developments project in North Toronto is currently in preconstruction, and is scheduled for completion in 2019. The high-rise will total 543 units, with prices ranging from $199,000 to $1,100,000.

4.     60 Pavane Link Way, Suite 1515

Recently renovated, this 850-square-foot unit features brand new appliances, French doors and pot lights in the kitchen. It’s selling for $220,000.

5.     5 Vicora Link Way, Suite 1109

This 2-bedroom condo comes with a parking space and locker, an open balcony with a great view, and a recently renovated bathroom. Asking price: $199,900.

6.     364 The East Mall Rd

This 2-storey home for sale in Eatonville features stainless steel appliances, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and sells for $295,000. 

7.     60 Pavane Link Way, Suite 902

Located in what seems to be the most coveted building in town – rounding up 4 entries in our top – this 850-square-foot open-concept condo boasts views of the Ravine as well as sleek cabinets and granite countertops. It’s on the market for $235,000.

8.     181 Dundas Street East

This glossy high-rise – dubbed Grid Condos – is a new condo development by CentreCourt Developments, also scheduled for completion in 2019.  Located in Old Toronto’s Learning District, the building will feature 528 units with 1 and 2 bedrooms, as well as great amenities. Prices start at $250,000.

9.     5 Vicora Link Way, Suite 1204

Boasting views of the downtown skyline, this 850-square-foot home sells for $179,000.

10.  50 Brian Harrison Way

Located in the 37-storey Equinox building, this 2-bedroom penthouse is priced at $358,000.

What this stands to show is that, in a turbulent market, the condos that seem to draw the most attention are the ones that offer a good quality/price ratio and a great value for money, while ultra-expensive properties are slowly fading out of spotlight.
