Last month we followed up on our introduction to Phantom Developments' TeaGarden Condos with a preview of the suite layouts being offered for the 12-storey, Kirkor Architects-designed development planned near Bayview and Sheppard. The new development will contain a total of 111 residential units, ranging in size from 484 square feet to 1,119 square feet, residents of which will enjoy a collection of amenity spaces, designed by Tomas Pearce Interior Design Consulting Inc.
TeaGarden's amenities will be situated on both the ground floor and 12th floor, offering a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. On the ground floor, the development will include a Tea Room featuring lounging sofas, Wi-Fi access, and a refreshment bar.
Also on the ground floor, residents will find an exercise room, a dry cleaning service, and a lobby with concierge service.
Up on the 12th floor, residents will enjoy a rooftop lounge offering outdoor common spaces and panoramic city views.
This outdoor amenity area also includes features like a hot tub, change rooms, barbecues, and a Zen lounge area.
In addition to the outdoor offerings, the 12th floor will also offer an indoor multipurpose entertainment room, including a chef’s lounge, dining area space and a billiards table.
A number of neighbourhood amenities will further add to the experience of residents, including the Bayview Village shopping centre to the immediate east, and Bayview Station on the TTC's Line 4 (Sheppard), just steps to the south of the development site at Teagarden Court and Bayview.
