Located at the southwest corner of Jarvis and Dundas, Great Gulf Homes' recent development, Pace Condos is nearing its topping off. At the time of our last update, we saw the cladding installation rapidly rising, with the dark-tinned window glazing reaching the 25th floor. With the height of Pace Condos now at 42 storeys, one can also observe that both cladding and glazing installation has also seen significant development.
The dark-tinted window wall glazing can bee seen stretching up to the 31st floor of Pace Condos. The balcony glazing installation on Pace's east side is nearing completion, as it reaches the 38th floor of the tower's 42-storey structure.
The largely monochromatic development is also adding some much-appreciated shots of colour to the neighbourhood. The undersides of the podium balconies are now sporting an eye-catching red finish, and the same red finish has is also being applied to vertical accents running up the length of the tower's east and west facades.
When complete, Pace Condos will bring 272 of its residential units to the area, 14 of them being Artscape Lofts, for artists and artist led-families alike. Residents will get to enjoy several amenity areas designed by Cecconi-Simone. Amenities for Pace Condos include, a cardio room, a weight room, billard room,a kitchen/dining/bar lounge area, a reading and TV lounge, all located on the 11th floor.
