We recently introduced developer Savic Homes' new urban townhome development in Kitchener, part of Canada's Tech Triangle. Currently in its registration phase, the ABA Architects-designed Avalon Urban Towns will be hosting a VIP registrant event this Saturday, May 30th, at 11:00 AM. The event will take place at the Avalon Presentation Centre, located at 1430 Highland Road West in Kitchener, and will offer refreshments to those in attendance.

Units are now being offered with parking included, and required down payments of just 10%. The price point, as well as the location in a technology hotspot, should both appeal to a growing demographic of young professionals looking to purchase a home in the region.

The 108 units at Avalon, featuring interior design by Dfy Studio, will range in size from 743 square-feet up to 1,137 square-feet, and will offer two-bedroom towns starting in price at $199,900. Residents of upper units will be able to take advantage of rooftop decks, while patios and balconies will provide the outdoor connection for lower level units.

Residents will enjoy neighbourhood amenities like a playground and a half basketball court. A Sobey's grocery store, a Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy, and a LCBO location are steps from the site.
