The much-publicized demise of Captain John's floating seafood restaurant has drawn much attention over the past several months, and many simply can't wait to see it hauled off for scrap. The rotting mass of steel and chipping paint remains at the foot of Yonge Street, after the plans to tow the ship were temporarily delayed earlier in the week due to high winds. The move is now expected to take place this morning. Today's Photo of the Day, submitted to the UrbanToronto Flickr Pool by Randy Hoffmann, shows one last long-exposure view of the ship, captured at dusk.
