Last month, we took a look at continuing sales at ELAD Canada’s Emerald City community at Don Mills and Sheppard. The WZMH Architects-designed development features three completed condominium towers at heights of 39, 29, and 25 storeys, as well as a block of eleven 2,000 square-foot townhome units. Sales have been swift, and with just a few units remaining in the existing first three phases, ELAD has started sales for the next phase on the site to the south, to be called The Colours of Emerald City.

While most of the already-built units at Emerald City have been spoken for, ELAD will be offering a special incentive package, the builder's final release of the remaining two-bedroom units in the 25-storey Dream Tower. The one-day event, taking place at the Emerald City presentation centre on May 23rd at noon, will offer potential purchasers the opportunity to move in within 30 days, with perks like two free parking spaces and two free lockers available to those who close a deal during the event.

Residents who buy in to Dream Tower have access to a range of amenity spaces, appointed by II BY IV Design Associates, including an indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness centre, theatre and party room, outdoor terrace, and barbecue area.

You can learn more about the development by visiting the Emerald City Presentation Centre on the south side of Sheppard Avenue just east of Don Mills Road, Monday to Thursday from 11 AM to 6 PM, Saturdays and Sundays from Noon to 5 PM.
