Among the many new high-rises climbing into the skyline of Toronto's Humber Bay Shores area, Phantom DevelopmentsJade Waterfront is starting to make quite the impact. With work now under way on the 21st floor, the 41-storey, Quadrangle Architects-designed condominium tower now stands a little over halfway towards its final height.

As the tower continues to rise, its distinctive balcony pattern, meant to evoke Lake Ontario's rippling waves, is quite apparent on the northwest and southeast sides of the tower. Cladding installation is now progressing on the lower floors of the tower, though it will be the application of balcony railings and glass that will give the development the aesthetic shown in pre-construction renderings.

Residents of the development will have access to three levels of amenity space, appointed by Tomas Pearce Interior Design Consulting Inc, including a gym, pool, roof deck and a terrace offering outdoor putting greens. Views across Humber Bay to Toronto's skyline, and across Lake Ontario to the distant Niagara shore, were a big drawing card for purchasers here.

Residents will also be located steps from Humber Bay Park and the Martin Goodman Trail, and will enjoy easy access to the QEW and Gardiner Expressway, TTC's 501 streetcar, 66 bus, and 145 Downtown express bus. Mimico GO Station is a little over a kilometre away.
