1. Sun Life Financial Tower and Harbour Plaza Residences
Menkes' Sun Life Financial Tower is growing taller and taller at 1 York Street, while the attached Harbour Plaza Residences condo towers are just starting to rise from the development's shared podium. With Target's retreat from Canada a large chunk of retail space in the Sun Life/Harbour Plaza complex is now up for grabs, generating plenty of speculation about who could go in there in our Forum thread for the project.
