Ryerson University has been rapidly expanding over the past several years, adding a collection of new buildings to the Downtown landscape in the process. Back on August 8th, 2005, construction was under way on one of these new educational facilities, then known under the working title of the "Ryerson Bay and Dundas Development". The facility, now known as the Ryerson Ted Rogers School of Management, features 210,000 of lecture halls, classrooms, and faculty offices, set above 70,000 feet of retail space at the southeast corner of Bay and Dundas.

Fast forward almost ten years to April 23rd, 2015, and construction of the Ted Rogers School of Management has long since been completed. The completed Bay Adelaide Centre West Tower and Trump International Hotel and Tower, situated on opposing corners of Bay and Adelaide, are visible on the far right hand side of the image below, showing further growth in the past decade.
