Two of the structures most often associated with Toronto are located in close proximity to one another a few blocks southwest of the Financial District. The CN Tower and Rogers Centre, the latter of which was formerly known as SkyDome, are among the city's most identifiable landmarks, often captured in the same frame by photographers. In today's Photo of the Day, which was submitted to the UrbanToronto Flickr Pool by Ben Roffelsen, we are given a view of the two structures shortly before dusk, showing the tower's observation deck and stadium's illuminated signage both glowing red.
